Commercial property owners, developers, builders and real estate professionals are invited to list their commercial, industrial, investment or multi-family residential properties with us for free. Listed properties will receive exposure to both domestic and foreign buyers who visit our commercial property marketplace.
REICO is a private real estate investment company. You are welcome to list your commercial real estate or discuss the details of our core services, ascertain in detail what we do and how we do it well.

Who can submit a property to our free property listing service?
Anyone who legally owns a property in Ontario (is legally registered on title) is welcome to submit a property to be listed. But only if you have NOT already signed a listing agreement with a real estate agent / broker and do NOT already have your property listed on Realtor.ca
Agents and representatives acting on behalf of the owner are also permitted to submit properties to be listed as long as they have written and expressed permission from the legal owner.
What do I have to do to get my property listed?
Step 1. Forward the details of your listing (including pictures of the property; inside, outside, plans, drawings aerial views, etc.) to chris@reico.ca.
Step 2. Expect a call or email from a staff member, who will ask you for additional detailed property information (if required), 24-72 hours after your submission has been received.
When should I submit my listing?
The sooner we receive your information, the sooner your property will be displayed in front of thousands of buyers who are looking for properties similar to yours. Due to demand, technical difficulties, insufficient information or forces beyond our control there may be delays with the posting of your property.
Where will my property be displayed?
Subject to availability and suitability we will, at our discretion, post your property on; reico.ca, our networks, and all of the social media platforms that are associated with reico.ca when we receive all of the information that we require. (Ask Us about an MLS listing on realtor.ca)
Why should I list my property for free?
There is no substitution for an experienced real estate agent/broker who can use their skills and local market knowledge to professionally market your property. However, there are situations where selling on your own makes financial sense or discretion is required.
How long will my property be listed?
Properties will generally be listed for 30 days. The actual duration of time is completely at our discretion and we reserve the right to remove listings at any time, for any reason and not relist.
How can I contact someone about submitting a property?
Send an email with your contact information (telephone number and email address) as well as all pertinent details to chris@reico.ca and tell us when you would like to receive a call.
Important Details about this free service
- We aren’t representing any buyer or seller’s real estate interests in an agency capacity (unless we receive written consent from the buyer, seller or owner)
- Your properties may not be posted immediately if we become inundated with a high volume of requests.
- We only allow a one-time free 30-day post per individual/business/group and reserve the right to increase the duration at our discretion.
- Please review you post when time permits as we will only provide one content ‘tweak’ (correction)
- Your post is subject to removal at any time at our discretion without advance notice
- Buyers must conduct their own due diligence and seek proper legal financial, accounting, real estate and tax advice before submitting an offer to purchase a property.
- Buyers indemnify and hold us harmless for any and all damages and costs that may occur as a result of inaccurate, false, misleading, negligent and fraudulent property information. They also assume all risks, liability and responsibility if they decide to purchase a property directly from the owner of a property for sale.
- We are not agents or representatives of any property listed on this listing service and do not have any direct or indirect interest in any property listed.
- You will be notified if we receive a referral fee, commission or other form of compensation from the purchase or sale of any property listed on this service.
